Group setting is the best approach for anyone wanting to start or improve their meditative practices. Please take advantage of practicing Group Meditation. “Silent Group Meditation” is held in a comfortable and an auspicious temple setting. The Group has been meeting consistently for the last 3 years on every Saturday..
Participation is free and all are welcome to join. Guidance for beginners is available by request at the session.
